This notice explains how personal data is processed when you visit drivhr.com or contact us. The Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection applies, as does the EU General Data Protection Regulation where applicable.

2. Website and hosting
When you visit this website, the hosting provider processes connection data needed to serve and protect the website. This includes your IP address, the time, the address requested, and browser and device information. It is used for delivery, troubleshooting and security. Where the GDPR applies, the legal basis is our legitimate interest in secure operation under Article 6(1)(f).
The WordPress website is hosted by Domain Discount 24 / Key-Systems GmbH in Frankfurt am Main, Germany. Fonts, images and videos are served from our own web hosting.
3. Cookies and media
The public website does not use analytics or advertising trackers or embed video-platform players. Films are served directly from our web hosting. The WordPress administration area uses necessary login cookies for authorised users. Animations respect your device’s reduced-motion preference.
4. Contacting us
The contact form prepares an email draft locally in your browser. It does not send or store form entries on our web server. We receive your message only when you send it through your own email app. We use your details to respond and discuss a possible working relationship, under Article 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR where applicable.
5. Information for candidates
For an initial enquiry, details of your preferred role, region and working conditions are enough. Please do not initially send health information, identity-document copies or other sensitive personal data.
If you provide professional profile information, we use it to respond to your enquiry and explore relevant searches. We check with you before presenting your profile to a particular company. Inclusion in a longer-term candidate pool requires a separate agreement. Hiring decisions are made by the company and you; this website does not make automated selection decisions.
6. Recipients and retention
Hosting and email providers process data as needed to operate the website and handle communication. Candidate profiles are shared with companies only following the agreement described above. We retain details only for as long as necessary to handle your enquiry, carry out an agreed assignment or meet legal retention requirements. Additional privacy information will be provided where required for a subsequent working relationship.
7. Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your data, or object to processing. You may withdraw consent with effect for the future. Contact hello@skyclar.com. You may also complain to the relevant data protection authority: the FDPIC in Switzerland or the competent supervisory authority in the EU.
8. External links and changes
External websites are opened only when you follow their links. Their providers’ privacy notices apply. We update this notice when the website or our processing changes.
